Impact Your Destiny is a faith-centered leadership and transformation organization helping people turn identity into impact. We believe every person carries something worth building - and that who we become determines what we are capable of stewarding.
We exist to help people in transition remember who they are, build what matters to them, and become the person capable of faithfully stewarding the extraordinary vision entrusted to them. We're all in transition - graduating, marrying, becoming parents, changing careers, recovering, aging, evolving. Life never stops asking us to become something new.
The problem isn't always ambition, knowledge, or opportunity. Most of the time, it's that people have learned to live by default. We help people move beyond false choices - success or fulfillment, purpose or stability, family or ambition - and discover what becomes possible when who they are, how they lead, what they build, and the impact they create come into alignment. Sometimes the answer isn't choosing. Sometimes the answer is alignment.
This work is personal to us. It grew out of our own season of remembering who we were, rebuilding what mattered, and learning to steward a vision bigger than we felt ready for - which is exactly why we built a home for others walking the same road.

There was a season in my life when I had everything on the outside that said success — and nothing on the inside that felt like it. I was leading others while quietly losing myself. I was building, achieving, and showing up for everyone but me. And somewhere in that gap between who I was performing and who I was created to be, I found the question that changed everything: What would it look like to lead my own life?
My name is Veronique Ortiz Moua, and today I have the privilege of walking alongside professionals, entrepreneurs, and organizations who are ready to stop surviving their story and begin leading it.
With over 15 years of experience in marketing, leadership, business, coaching and mentoring for small businesses and giants in the IT industry, I have walked alongside leaders at every stage: from the ones just waking up to their worth, to the ones building legacies that will outlast them.
Working across global organizations taught me that the challenges people face are rarely just strategic or operational. Behind every stalled initiative, disengaged team, or struggling business is a human story. The more I led, the more convinced I became that lasting transformation begins with people before it extends into systems, culture, and performance.
Impact Your Destiny wasn't built in a boardroom. It is the fruit of my journey walking through three seasons: the quiet moments of my own Revival, refined through Renewal, and shaped during Reposal. In 2022, I had spinal surgery that changed how my body moves. I live with chronic pain and a left foot drop. In 2024, I was laid off - and instead of doing what I'd always done, jumping to the next thing to prove I was still capable, I stopped. I chose to stop proving my worth through achievement and start investing in what mattered most: my identity, my relationships, my family, and the person I was becoming. I chose to be present for my son and my family. And I chose to do the actual work of rebuilding my identity - not from who I used to be or have been up until now, but from who I was created to become.
I got to learn what it means to say "I am still capable - at a different capacity" and believe it. That work - the quiet, unglamorous, life-changing work of rebuilding from the inside out - is exactly what I now walk alongside others to do.
Transformation didn't begin when my circumstances changed. It began when I chose to lead my life differently.
The Impact Your Destiny Institute became the natural expression of that transformation. It was born from the moment I stopped telling people who I was and began showing them through the way I lived, led, and served. I realized the greatest thing I could do with my transformation was hand it forward. The ABC Way™ - Always Be Connected - is the pathway that emerged from that journey. Not a program. Not a curriculum. A living leadership formation ecosystem designed to meet people where they are, cultivate Human Alignment, and develop the version of themselves their vision requires.

I'm proudly Hmong, French, and American and speak all 4 languages
At 19, I made a promise to myself that one day I'd live in Miami. I kept that promise.
My husband and I met at Canisius University. Yes, we're Buffalo Bills fans.
My son is a COVID baby and believed praying about vegetables is a perfectly reasonable strategy.
Our family settled in South Florida, a place we now call home.
